1. Order Processing & Shipping Times
- We offer both custom-made and ready-to-ship items.
- Processing Time: Orders require 1-5 business days for processing and preparation before shipment, especially for custom products.
- Shipping: All orders are shipped from China.
- Estimated Delivery: The estimated delivery time is 8-25 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. This is an estimate provided by carriers and is not guaranteed.
2. Lost Parcels
If the tracking information indicates that a parcel has not been delivered 30 days after the shipment date, it will be considered lost. In this case, we will issue a full refund.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect all items before dispatch. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or has quality issues:
- You must contact us within 5 days of receiving the parcel.
- Provide clear photo or video evidence of the damage/defect.
- We will review the case and propose a partial or full refund based on the situation.
- For damaged items, we may not require the return of the goods due to high international return shipping costs.
4. Refund Method & Dispute Resolution
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- As we accept PayPal, buyers are protected by PayPal’s Buyer Protection program.
- If a mutual agreement cannot be reached, the issue may be escalated through PayPal’s dispute resolution center for a final decision.
5. Important Policy: No Returns for Change of Mind
Due to the high cost and complexity of international return shipping, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, Please order carefully.
6. Pre-Shipment Inspection Service (Optional)
To ensure your complete satisfaction and minimize issues, we offer an optional service:
- Before shipping your order, we can provide detailed photos or a video of the actual items for your confirmation.
- This service must be requested before or during the order processing period. Once you confirm the photos/video, the item will be shipped and standard policies will apply.
7. No Product Exchanges
To protect ourselves from fraud where a buyer might both receive a replacement and initiate a refund claim, we do not offer direct product exchanges.
- If you wish to have the same item after receiving a refund for a valid claim (e.g., damage), you are welcome to place a new order on our website.
